Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, the committee commenced its study on the use of foreign workers at the EV battery manufacturing facility in Windsor, Ontario.

The witnesses answered questions.

At 5:45 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the committee continue to sit.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

At 6:05 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 6:28 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

At 7:11 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
