The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $12,750, for the study of impacts of the Underused Housing Tax on Canadian border communities, be adopted.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, May 29, 2023, the committee commenced its study of impacts of the underused housing tax on Canadian border communities.

Richard Halinda and Thomas Davidoff made statements and answered questions.
