Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, January 30, 2023, the committee commenced its study of U.S. countervailing and antidumping duties on Canadian exports of certain softwood lumber products.

Aaron Fowler made a statement and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

At 5:36 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
