Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(f) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, October 22, 2020, the committee resumed its study of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the government’s ability to deliver information in both official languages.

Raymond Théberge made a statement and answered questions.

At 4:33 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:37 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Patrick Borbey, Fatiha Gatre Guemiri, Jennifer Johnson and Linda Lauzon made statements and answered questions.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That a proposed budget in the amount of $4,250, for the study of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the government’s ability to deliver information in both official languages, be adopted.

At 5:34 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
