Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(a)(iii), the Committee proceeded to a briefing by the Clerk of the House on the Standing Orders Project.

The witness made a statement and answered questions.

At 11:11 a.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

At 11:18 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 11:56 a.m., the sitting resumed.

Questioning of the witness resumed.

At 12:41 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
