At 11:52 a.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 11:56 a.m., the sitting resumed.
The witnesses made statements and answered questions.
David de Burgh Graham moved, — That, in relation to the status of e-petitions at dissolution, the Committee recommend that the status quo be maintained.
After debate, the question was put on the motion and it was agreed to, by a show of hands: YEAS: 4; NAYS: 3.
At 12:56 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
