Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, February 1, 2018, the Committee commenced its study of clean growth and climate change in Canada: built environment.

Frank Des Rosiers and Richard Tremblay made statements and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

At 12:46 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:47 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Committee Business
The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That the Ninth Report from the Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure, which read as follows, be concurred in:

  1. That the following working calendar be adopted:
    • Tuesday, February 6, 2018: Built Environment (Departmental Officials)
    • Thursday, February 8, 2018: Built Environment — Witnesses
    • Tuesday, February 13, 2018: Built Environment — Witnesses
    • Thursday, February 15, 2018: Built Environment — Witnesses

  2. That the above working calendar be modified subject to any Order of Reference from the House and at the discretion of the Chair; and

  3. That witnesses for the meetings of Thursday, February 8, 2018, Tuesday, February 13, 2018, and Thursday, February 15, 2018, be selected by the Chair after consultation with the members of Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure and in consultation with the analysts and Clerk.

At 1:01 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
