It was agreed, — That a proposed budget in the amount of $37,400, for the consideration of Bill C-78, An Act to amend the Divorce Act, the Family Orders and Agreements Enforcement Assistance Act and the Garnishment, Attachment and Pension Diversion Act and to make consequential amendments to another Act, be adopted.
It was agreed, — That, in relation to the consideration of Bill C-78, amendments be submitted electronically to the Clerk by Friday, November 30, 2018, at 5:00 p.m.; and that clause-by-clause consideration of the bill begin at the meeting of Wednesday, December 5, 2018.
It was agreed, — That the meeting of Monday, December 3, 2018, be dedicated to the draft report in relation to the study of human trafficking in Canada.
At 7:01 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
