Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Wednesday, May 31, 2017, the Committee commenced consideration of Bill C-46, An Act to amend the Criminal Code (offences relating to conveyances) and to make consequential amendments to other Acts.

Hon. Jody Wilson-Raybould made a statement and, with William F. Pentney, Greg Yost and Carole Morency, answered questions.

At 4:50 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:55 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

At 5:13 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
