At 4:25 p.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 4:30 p.m., the sitting resumed.
Doug Zolinsky made a statement and, with James Meddings, answered questions.
At 5:16 p.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 5:19 p.m., the sitting resumed.
At 5:19 p.m., Ron Liepert took the Chair.

At 5:32 p.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.
At 5:43 p.m., the Hon. Wayne Easter took the Chair.
At 5:54 p.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 6:51 p.m., the sitting resumed.
Peter Hogan made a statement and, with Chuck maillet, answered questions.
It was agreed, — That the Committee make public the following documents, regarding the Committee’s study of the Canada Revenue Agency’s efforts to combat tax avoidance and evasion:
- A letter dated May 16, 2016 from Canadians for Tax Fairness relating to client confidentiality;
- A letter from Mr. Michael Hamersley dated June 10, 2016 regarding his appearance before the committee;
- Two letters from Mr. Mahmud Jamal, counsel for KPMG, dated June 4 and June 10, 2016, outlining his clients' views on the scope of the Committee's study.
At 7:40 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
