Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Wednesday, January 31, 2018, the Committee commenced its study of the third report of the Advisory Council on Economic Growth.

Dominic Barton made a statement and answered questions.

Election of Vice-Chairs
Pursuant to Standing Order 106(2), the Clerk of the Committee presided over the election of a Vice-Chair.

On motion of Dan Albas, it was agreed, — That Peter Julian be elected Second Vice-Chair of the Committee.

At 5:03 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
