Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Tuesday, October 4, 2016, the Committee resumed consideration of Bill C-22, An Act to establish the National Security and Intelligence Committee of Parliamentarians and to make consequential amendments to certain Acts.

Stéphane Leman-Langlois, by videoconference from Québec, Quebec, and Daniel Therrien made statements and, with Leslie Fournier-Dupelle, answered questions.

At 4:31 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:36 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Michael Doucet and Alex Neve made statements and, with Marc Pilon and Charles Fugère, answered questions.

At 5:30 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
