The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee undertake a study on Canada's National Security Framework; that this study consist of at least five meetings held across the country; and that the Committee report its findings to the House.

It was agreed, — That the Clerk of the Committee, in consultation with the Chair, prepare a draft budget respecting the Committee's proposed travel to Vancouver, British Colombia, Calgary, Alberta, Toronto, Ontario, Montreal, Quebec, and Halifax, Nova Scotia, in relation to its study of Canada's National Security Framework, for consideration by the Committee.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on February 25, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of Operational Stress Injuries and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder in Public Safety Officers and First Responders.

The Committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That in relation to the study of Canada's National Security Framework, the proposed budget in the amount of $106,363.20, for the Committee’s travel to Vancouver, British Colombia, Calgary, Alberta, Toronto, Ontario, Montreal, Quebec, and Halifax, Nova Scotia in September 2016, be adopted.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on February 25, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of Operational Stress Injuries and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder in Public Safety Officers and First Responders.

The Committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

At 1:00 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
