A Review of The Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999
Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Tuesday, March 22, 2016 and section 343 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, February 25, 2016, the Committee resumed the statutory review of the Act.

The Committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

It was agreed, — That dissenting opinions be submitted, in both official languages, to the Clerk of the Committee, no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 14, 2017.

At 5:14 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:18 p.m., the sitting resumed.

At 6:07 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 6:11 p.m., the sitting resumed.

At 6:31 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
