Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Monday, March 19, 2018, the Committee resumed consideration of Bill C-69, An Act to enact the Impact Assessment Act and the Canadian Energy Regulator Act, to amend the Navigation Protection Act and to make consequential amendments to other Acts.

The Minister made a statement and, with Jonathan Wilkinson, Ron Hallman, and Stephen Lucas, answered questions.

At 12:00 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:08 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Jeff Labonté, Terence Hubbard, Christine Loth-Bown, Brent Parker, Catherine Higgens, and Nancy Harris answered questions.

At 1:00 p.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

At 1:01 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
