Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, February 25, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of service delivery to veterans.

Gen Walter Natynczyk made a statement and, with Bernard Butler and Michel Doiron, answered questions.

At 12:15 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:27 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That, in relation to its study on service delivery to veterans, the Committee invite witnesses from the Office of the Auditor General of Canada and the Network of Operational Stress Injury Clinics at the Department of Veterans Affairs to appear at its next meeting.

At 12:53 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
