Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, November 9, 2017, the Committee commenced its study of barriers to transition and measurable outcomes of successful transition.

David Pedlar, by videoconference from Kingston, Ontario, Barry Westholm, Brad White and Ray McInnis made statements and, with Heidi Cramm, by videoconference from Kingston, Ontario, answered questions.

At 12:06 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:15 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Allan English, Deborah Norris and Hélène Le Scelleur made statements and answered questions.

At 12:59 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
