Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, November 1, 2018, the Committee commenced its study of the effects of mefloquine use among Canadian veterans.

Penelope S. Suter, by videoconference from Bakersfield, California, and Jonathan Douglas made statements and answered questions.

At 4:54 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
