Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(f) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, October 2, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of the modernization of the Official Languages Act.

Graham Fraser made a statement and answered questions.

Alupa Clarke gave notice of the following motion:

That the Committee call on the Royal Canadian Mounted Police to reverse its decision, effective April 1, 2019, to end unilingual francophone training at its academy, Depot Division in Saskatchewan.

At 12:17 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:21 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Marie-France Pelletier made a statement and answered questions.

At 1:00 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
