Minutes of Proceedings
It was agreed, — That, in relation to the study of suicide among Indigenous peoples and communities, the Committee revisit the list of additional witnesses during Committee Business on Monday, October 17, 2016.
It was agreed, — That, in relation to the study of suicide among Indigenous peoples and communities, the analysts prepare a gap analysis of themes and testimony to be considered during Committee Business on Monday, October 17, 2016.
It was agreed, — That, in relation to the study of suicide among Indigenous peoples and communities, the analysts prepare a summary of recommendations heard to date.
It was agreed, — That the Clerk of the Committee, in consultation with the Chair and the analysts, prepare a supplementary budget for the Committee's study of suicide among Indigenous peoples and communities, for consideration by the Committee.
It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee undertake a one-meeting study of the terms of reference of the National Inquiry Into Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls as laid out in Sessional Paper No. 8540-421-1-06, referred to the Committee on Friday, September 23, 2016.
At 4:05 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
