Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on February 18, 2016, the Committee commenced its study of the Closure of the Comox MCTS Station of the Canadian Coast Guard.

Gregory Lick made a statement and, with Roger Girouard and Sam Ryan, answered questions.

At 4:37 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:42 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Dale Gross and Scott Hodge made statements and answered questions.

It was agreed, — That the meeting be extended until 5:45p.m.

It was agreed, — That the meeting of Tuesday, March 22, 2016, be cancelled.

It was agreed, — That the March 24 meeting would last one hour and would be dedicated solely to hearing witnesses on the study of the closure of the Comox MCTS Station of the Canadian Coast Guard; and that the meeting would be canceled if the witnesses were not available to appear.

At 5:52 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
