The Standing Committee on Veterans Affairs met at 8:45 a.m. this day, in Room 112-N, Centre Block, the Chair, Royal Galipeau, presiding. |
Members of the Committee present: Sylvain Chicoine, Royal Galipeau, Hon. Laurie Hawn, Bryan Hayes, Pierre Lemieux, Wladyslaw Lizon, Ted Opitz, John Rafferty, Peter Stoffer and Frank Valeriote. |
In attendance: Library of Parliament: Isabelle Lafontaine-Émond, Analyst; Jean-Rodrigue Paré, Analyst. |
Witnesses: Department of National Defence: Kevin Cotten, Brigadier-General; Jamie McIntyre, Sargent. |
| Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee proceeded to a briefing on the Participation by Canadian Armed Forces in the Nijmegen March. |
The witnesses made statements and answered questions. |
