The Standing Committee on Environment and Sustainable Development met in a televised session at 3:36 p.m. this day, in Room 253-D Centre Block, the Chair, Charles L.Caccia, presiding. |
Members of the Committee present: Rex Barnes, Bernard Bigras, Charles L. Caccia, John Godfrey, Charles Hubbard, Serge Marcil, Diane Marleau, Anita Neville and Julian Reed. |
In attendance: Library of Parliament: Tim Williams, Analyst. |
Witnesses: Canadian Urban Transit Association: Marco D'Angelo, Manager of Public Affairs; Gordon Diamond, Director, Transit Services for OC Transpo. |
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee commenced its study of the implementation of the Kyoto Protocol. |
The witnesses made opening statements and answered questions. |
At 4:43 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair. |
