The Standing Committee on Aboriginal Affairs, Northern Development and Natural Resources met at 11:07 a.m. this day, in Room 362, East Block, the Chair, Nancy Karetak-Lindell, presiding.

Member(s) of the Committee present: Larry Bagnell, Gérard Binet, Serge Cardin, Jean-Guy Carignan, David Chatters, Rodger Cuzner, John Finlay, Nancy Karetak-Lindell, Gerald Keddy and Guy St-Julien.

In attendance: From the Library of Parliament: Jean-Luc Bourdages and Tonina Simeone, research officers.

Witness(es): From the The Climate Change Secretariat: David Oulton, Head; Shelagh Jane Woods, Deputy Head; Don Strange, Manager.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), a briefing on climate change.

David Oulton made a statement and answered questions.

At 1:03 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
