The Standing Committee on Fisheries and Oceans met without recording at 1:15 p.m. this day, at the Coast Harbourside and Marina in Victoria, B.C., the Chair, Wayne Easter, presiding.
Member(s) of the Committee present: Sarkis Assadourian, Yvan Bernier, John Cummins, John Duncan, Wayne Easter, Carmen Provenzano, Lou Sekora, Paul Steckle, Peter Stoffer.
In attendance: From the Library of Parliament: Alan Nixon, Research Officer.
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee resumed its study on Aquaculture.

From the Government of British Columbia: Honorable Dennis Streifel, Minister, Fisheries; Bill Valentine, Deputy Minister; Linda Hannah, Assistant Deputy Minister; Bud Graham, Assistant Deputy Minister.
