Pursuant to Standing Order 106(2), the clerk of the subcommittee presided over the election of a vice-chair.

It was agreed, — That Mike Lake be elected First Vice-Chair of the subcommittee.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the subcommittee on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, the subcommittee resumed its study of international disability-inclusive education.

The subcommittee resumed consideration of a draft report.

At 4:06 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:21 p.m., the sitting resumed.

It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "Including Every Child, Benefitting All: International Disability-Inclusive Education".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the subcommittee request that the government table a comprehensive response to the report.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Development.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the subcommittee on Friday, April 28, 2023, the subcommittee resumed its study of the situation of the Hazaras in Afghanistan.

The subcommittee commenced consideration of a draft report.

At 4:42 p.m., the subcommittee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
