Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the subcommittee on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, the subcommittee resumed its study of international disability-inclusive education.

Susan Liautaud, Nujeen Mustafa, Shawna Novak, Eric Rosenthal, Joseph Nhan-O’Reilly, Julie Weeks and Paola Jelonche made statements and answered questions.

At 12:28 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:30 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

At 12:44 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:45 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Ruchi Kulbir Singh made a statement and, with Nujeen Mustafa, Shawna Novak, Eric Rosenthal, Joseph Nhan-O’Reilly, Julie Weeks and Paola Jelonche, answered questions.

At 1:03 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
