Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, December 1, 2020, the committee resumed its study of the implementation of the Pay Equity Act.

The Minister made a statement and, with Barbara Moran and Lori Straznicky, answered questions.

At 12:01 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:03 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, October 27, 2020, the committee resumed its study of women’s unpaid work.

Kate Bezanson and Camille Robert made statements and answered questions.

It was agreed, — That the committee invite the Minister of the Status of Women to appear on March 11, 2021 regarding the Supplementary Estimates (C), 2020-21: Vote 5c under Department for Women and Gender Equality and the Main Estimates 2021-22: Votes 1 and 5 under Department for Women and Gender Equality.

At 1:03 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
