It was agreed, — That the committee invite the Law Clerk and Parliamentary Counsel to appear on Monday, April 12, 2021, to discuss questions arising from the motion of the House of Thursday, March 25, 2021.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h) and the motion adopted by the committee on Friday, December 11, 2020, the committee resumed its study on the protection of privacy and reputation on platforms such as Pornhub.

The Honourable Bill Blair and the Honourable David Lametti each made a statement and answered questions.

Brenda Lucki answered questions with André Boileau.

At 1:11 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 1:16 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Pursuant to the motion adopted in the House of Thursday, March 25, 2021, and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, November 16, 2020, the committee resumed its study on questions of conflict of interest and lobbying in relation to pandemic spending.

Philippe Dufresne made an opening statement and answered questions.

Charlie Angus moved, — That the committee do now adjourn.

The question was put on the motion and it was agreed to on the following recorded division:
