Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, November 16, the committee commenced its study on questions of conflict of interest and lobbying in relation to pandemic spending.

Mario Dion made a statement and answered questions.

At 2:01 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 2:05 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Nancy Bélanger made a statement and answered questions.

At 3:03 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
