Minutes of Proceedings
It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $9,500, for the study of Air Canada's plan to impose carry-on baggage fees, be adopted.
Taylor Bachrach moved, — That Transport Canada provide to the committee, the emergency response assistance plans and key route risk assessments applicable to the following rail routes: Prince George-Prince Rupert, Fraser Canyon, Montreal-Sorel and Montreal-Windsor. That the documents in question be provided in both official languages and considered at an in camera meeting of the committee to take place before Saturday, February 15, 2025, and that these documents be kept confidential by the committee and members.
Vance Badawey moved, — That the motion be amended by adding after the words “Montreal-Windsor” the following: “and the Niagara-Hamilton corridor”.
