Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, September 18, 2023, the committee resumed its study of regulation of recreational boating on Canada’s waterways.

Denise Cloutier, Constance Ramacieri and Raynald Collard made statements and, with André Philippe Hébert and Claude Sicard, answered questions.

At 5:00 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 5:03 p.m., the meeting resumed.

Laurence Renaud-Langevin and Sarrah Storey made statements and answered questions.

At 6:00 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
