Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, September 19, 2024, the committee commenced its study of Russian interference and disinformation campaigns in Canada.

Yuriy Novodvorskiy and Alexandra Chyczij made opening statements and, with Guillaume Sirois, answered questions.

At 11:59 a.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 12:05 p.m., the meeting resumed.

Marcus Kolga and Aaron Shull made a statement and answered questions.

At 1:06 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
