The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

ORDERED, — That a letter be sent on behalf of the Liaison Committee to Parliamentary Affairs officers concerning participation by videoconference at House of Commons committee meetings.

The committee commenced consideration of a draft report.

It was agreed, — That the draft report be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "Committee Activities and Expenditures - April 1, 2022 - March 31, 2023".

It was agreed, — That the virtual committees dashboard be added as an appendix to the report.

It was agreed, — That the Chair, clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

It was agreed, — That the clerk of the committee be authorized to grant access to the committee's digital binder to the offices of the whips of each recognized party.

At 1:47 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
