It was agreed, — That the committee resumed consideration of the motion of Alex Ruff moved on Friday, May 20, 2022.

The committee resumed consideration of the motion of Alex Ruff moved on Friday, May 20, 2022 which read as follows:
That the Privy Council Office, Global Affairs Canada, and the Canadian Armed Forces and any other government department provide the Special Committee on Afghanistan the already completed or draft after action review reports with respect to the evacuation of Kabul in August of 2021 from the respective departments to the Afghanistan committee for inclusion in the report due back to the House by the 8th of June, 2022.
and of the amendment of Pam Damoff moved on Friday, May 20, 2022 which read as follows:
That the Privy Council Office, Global Affairs Canada, and the Canadian Armed Forces and any other government department provide the Special Committee on Afghanistan the already completed or draft after action review reports with respect to the evacuation of Kabul in August of 2021 from the respective departments to the Afghanistan committee.
By unanimous consent, the amendment was withdrawn.
Pam Damoff moved, — That the motion be amended by replacing the words “the Special Committee on Afghanistan” with the words “National Security and Intelligence Committee of Parliamentarians, subject to confirmation by government officials as to the nature of the documents and their impact on national security and public safety by Monday, May 30, 2022” and by deleting the words “to the AFGH committee for inclusion in the report due back to the House by the 08 June 2022.”.
