Pursuant to the order of reference of Monday, October 26, 2020, the committee resumed its study of the emergency situation facing Canadians in light of the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Michael Nelson, Drew Dilkens, Lawrence Loh, Michelle Travis, Elisa Cardona and Kiran Dhillon made statements and, with François Couillard, Laurèl Craib-Laurin, Jennifer Loo and Christopher Mackie, answered questions.

At 11:59 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:05 p.m., the sitting resumed.

The witnesses answered questions.

At 1:08 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
