Pursuant to the orders of reference of Saturday, April 11, 2020, and Tuesday, May 26, 2020, the committee resumed its study of parliamentary duties and the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Speaker of the House of Commons made a statement and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

By unanimous consent, it was agreed, — That Elizabeth May be allowed to question the witnesses.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

It was agreed, — That the parties submit their proposed recommendations for the report on the study of parliamentary duties and the COVID-19 pandemic in both official languages to the clerk of the committee by 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2020.

At 1:48 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
