Pursuant to the orders of reference of Saturday, April 11, 2020, and Tuesday, May 26, 2020, the committee resumed its study of parliamentary duties and the COVID-19 pandemic.

The committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That in camera transcripts of the meetings held on Thursday, May 28 and Tuesday, June 2, 2020, be shared, by the clerk of the committee, with the Chief Information Officer of the House of Commons administration and any other officials deemed appropriate; and, that the CIO provide to the committee recommended redactions to the in camera transcripts regarding national security no later than Friday, July 3, 2020.

It was agreed, — That the clerk of the committee be authorized to share, by email, the in camera transcripts of the committee’s proceedings of Thursday, May 28 and Tuesday, June 2, 2020, with the members of the committee.

At 2:04 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
