Anita Huberman by videoconference from Surrey, British Columbia, and Frank Swedlove made statements and, with Stephen Frank, answered questions.
At 4:54 p.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 4:59 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.
It was agreed, — That a draft budget be prepared for possible committee travel to the United Kingdom, Sweden, New Zealand, and one Asian country, in relation to the study on the Development of a National Pharmacare Program.
At 5:09 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
