Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h)(iv), and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, October 4, 2016, the Committee proceeded to a briefing session with the Lobbying Commissioner.

Karen E. Shepherd made a statement and answered questions.

It was agreed, — That the meeting be suspended and resumed with video recording.

At 12:00 p.m., the sitting was suspended.
