The Chair presented the Sixteenth Report from the Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure, which read as follows.

Your Subcommittee met on Monday, April 29, 2019, to consider the business of the Committee and agreed to make the following recommendations:

1. That, in relation to future business, bills as they may be referred to the Committee take precedence over other matters;
2. That, on Wednesday, May 15, 2019, the Committee give drafting instructions to the analysts for a Report in relation to its study of Cybersecurity in the financial sector as an economic security issue;
3. That, the Committee undertake a study of the Main Estimates 2019-20 and that the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness and the Minister of Border Security and Organized Crime Reduction be invited to appear for one hour each with the appropriate officials on Monday, May 27, 2019; and
4. That, in consultation with the appropriate Members, the Clerk invite witnesses to appear for one hour on Wednesday, May 15, 2019, in relation to the Committee’s study of Cybersecurity in the financial sector as an economic security issue.

It was agreed, — That the Sixteenth Report of the Subcommittee be concurred in.
