ORDERED, — That the Chair send a letter to the Speaker of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Commons with regard to the Standing Joint Committee on the Library of Parliament.
The Committee commenced consideration of a draft report.
It was agreed, — That the draft report be adopted.
It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: “Committee Activities and Expenditures – April 1, 2016 – March 31, 2017”.
It was agreed, — That the Chair, Clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the reports.
ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.
At 1:31 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
