Members of the Subcommittee present: Nina Grewal, Russ Hiebert, Pierre Jacob, Scott Reid and David Sweet. |

Witnesses: Physicians for Human Rights: William Davis, Director, Burma Project. |
| Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Subcommittee on Tuesday, January 31, 2012, the Subcommittee resumed its study of the human rights situation in Burma. |
