The Subcommittee on Electoral Boundaries Readjustment of the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs met at 3:37 p.m. this day, in Room 307, West Block, the Chair, Paddy Torsney, presiding.
Members of the Subcommittee present: Yvon Godin, Michel Guimond, Marcel Proulx, Scott Reid and Paddy Torsney.
Acting Members present: Caroline St-Hilaire for Michel Guimond (from 4:24 p.m. to 5:24 p.m.).

Pursuant to the Order of Reference adopted by the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs on Thursday, November 7, 2002, the Subcommittee resumed consideration of the matter of the objections to the report of the electoral boundaries commission for Québec.
