Meeting No. 3
Tuesday, November 16, 1999
The Standing Committee on Natural Resources and Government Operations met in camera at 11:08 a.m. this day, in Room 269, West Block, the Chair, Joseph Volpe, presiding.
Members of the Committee present: Réginald Bélair, Gilles Bernier, Serge Cardin, David Chatters, John Duncan, Yvon Godin, Ghislain Lebel, Julian Reed, Guy St-Julien, Brent St. Denis, Tony Valeri and Joseph Volpe.
In attendance: From the Library of Parliament: Jean-Luc Bourdages and Jack Stilborn, Research Officers.
The Committee considered future business.
It was agreed, - That the Committee begin consideration of Supplementary Estimates (A) for the fiscal year ending March 3, 2000 as referred to the Committeee.
It was agreed, - That members provide to the Clerk of the Committee specific written proposals for future committee studies and meetings.
At 11:51 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
