The Standing Committee on National Defence and Veterans Affairs met at 3:30 p.m. this day, in Room 237-C, Centre Block, the Chair, Pat O'Brien, presiding.
Members of the Committee present: Robert Bertrand, Hec Clouthier, Art Hanger, Judi Longfield, Paul Mercier, Pat O'Brien, John O'Reilly, Janko Peric, George Proud, Elsie Wayne and Bob Wood.
In attendance: From the Library of Parliament: Wolf Koerner and Corinne McDonald, Research Officers.
Witness: From the British High Commission Ottawa: John Taylor, Team Leader Smart Procurement Initiative, Ministry of Defence (UK).
Pursuant to Standing Order 108 (2), the committee resumed consideration of its study on Contracting and Procurement Policy.
The committee viewed a video presentation.
John Taylor made an opening statement and answered questions.
At 5:20 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
