The Standing Committee on Industry met at 9:02 a.m. this day, in Room 371, West Block, the Chair, Susan Whelan, presiding.

Members of the Committee present: Pierre Brien, Marlene Jennings, Jim Jones, Walt Lastewka, Gurbax Malhi, Jerry Pickard and Susan Whelan.

In attendance: From the Library of Parliament: Daniel Shaw and Gérald Lafrenière, Research Officers.

Witnesses: Dan McTeague, M.P. and Michael A. Kelen, Barrister and Solicitor.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), consideration of Anti-Competitive Pricing Practices and the Competition Act.

Dan McTeague and Michael Kelen made statements and answered questions.

At 10:41 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
