The Standing Committee on Finance met at 9:07 a.m. this day, in Room 536, Wellington Building, the Chair, Maurizio Bevilacqua, presiding.
Members of the Committee present: Maurizio Bevilacqua, Scott Brison, Roy Cullen, Yvan Loubier and Paul Szabo.

Appearing: From the Department of Finance: Roy Cullen, Parliamentary Secretary to the Finance Minister.
Witnesses: From the Department of Finance: Don Drummond, Associate Deputy Minister; Guy Bujold, Assistant Deputy Minister, Corporate Services.
Pursuant to Standing Order 81(4) and the Order of Reference of Tuesday, February 29, 2000, Study of the Main Estimates for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2001 - VOTES 1, 5, L10 and 15 under FINANCE; and Part III - Report on Plans and Priorities (Department of Finance).
The Parliamentary Secretary made a statement and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.
