The Standing Committee on Fisheries and Oceans met at 3:50 p.m. this day, in Room 701, La Promenade Building, the Chair, Charles Hubbard, presiding.

Appearing: From the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada: The Hon. David Anderson, Minister.
