Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Wednesday, February 9, 2022, the committee resumed its study of oversight of medical devices (breast implants).

The witnesses made statements and answered questions.

At 12:11 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:15 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

At 12:20 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:26 p.m., the sitting resumed.

It was agreed, — That witnesses produce correspondence they consider relevant to support their testimony to the committee, in relation to the study of the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board, which shall be submitted to the clerk of the committee by Tuesday, May 9, 2023, at 4:00 p.m.

At 1:00 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
